The return process was confusing, and it took way too long for my refund to show up. I’m not sure what happened, but it felt like my return got stuck somewhere or wasn’t being checked for a while. Eventually I got the refund, but the whole thing was more frustrating than it needed to be.

I had an issue with my order it took way too long to get a real response. They did fix it in the end, so credit for that, but I had to keep chasing them and—yeah, it was just more hassle than I expected. Not the worst experience ever, but I’m not sure I’d feel great about ordering again.

I really like the dress designs here. They’re simple but still really cute, and the colors look just like the pictures. The style is easy to wear too. I just wish I had found them sooner because the timing was kind of off for when I actually needed a dress.

The fabric felt okay, nothing amazing, but I wasn’t expecting luxury for the price. That said, the stitching started coming loose quickly, which was disappointing. If you’re trying to save money, it might be fine for light use, but I’m not sure I’d buy it again.
